To our "Brides" we extend such a heartfelt apology to each and everyone of you during this uncertain time, we want you to know we are here to do our very best for you during this time.


Here are some frequently asked questions: 


Q: If I have to reschedule my wedding am I able to do so will there be any additional fees?

A: Absolutely not, we are here to make your transition easy as possible.


Q: What if my original artist and/or stylist is not available what do I do?

A: Do not worry, we will replace your artist and/or stylist with someone who is just as talented.


Q: Can I retrial? 

A: If we are able to schedule a retrial prior to the wedding then yes we will be offering a special trial rate.


Q: Can you hold hold my possible date to be until further notice?

A: The only way we can do that is put a temporary hold on that for you if another bride contacts to book we will notify you immediately so you can make your decision.


Q: If I have to move to 2021 will this transition be allowed?

A: Yes, we are here to help and will be able to move you into 2021
